Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use of tracking devices, obtaining required employee/driver permissions where applicable, maintaining accurate account information, and using the platform only for authorized business purposes.
Hardware and Connectivity
Tracking performance may depend on device configuration, vehicle condition, GPS signal, cellular coverage, installation quality, and environmental conditions. Opti-Fleet does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking in all locations or conditions.
Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but platform access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party services, or events outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Opti-Fleet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, hardware, or platform.
